Cathy Davies joined Nissan Motor (GB) Limited in November 1998 as Fleet Sales and Planning Manager with responsibility for the fleet sales force and all planning activities.
Cathy graduated from Liverpool University in 1992 with a Law degree and joined Ford Motor Company as a graduate trainee in Sales and Marketing. During her time at Ford, Cathy held a variety of roles including Motability Sales and Marketing Manager and Car Zone Sales Manager.
In 1994, Cathy joined Motability as Operations Director responsible for the regulation of the Motability scheme and customer service. One of her key achievements was the creation of the “Customer First” programme which comprised a dealer standards programme and implementation of a call centre within the customer service area.
Prior to joining Ford, Cathy spent time working in a dealership on the south coast.
