The new Nissan MICRA represents the next evolution of one of Europe's most recognisable compact cars. Now in its sixth generation, MICRA has been re‑imagined as a fully electric vehicle, while retaining the core characteristics that have defined the nameplate for over 40 years.

Audacious Design with Instant Personality
Developed at Nissan Design Europe in London, MICRA combines bold exterior design with a confident SUV‑inspired stance. Pronounced wheel arches, a strong lower body line with sculpted proportions gives MICRA a purposeful appearance within the compact B‑segment.
All grades feature 18‑inch wheels as standard. Circular LED headlamps provide immediate recognition, enhanced by a playful lighting animation that greets the driver when unlocking the car. A distinctive side body feature-known by Nissan designers as the "ice cream scoop"- adds character along the vehicle's profile.
MICRA is available in a range of exterior colours, including two‑tone roof combinations, allowing customers to personalise their vehicle.

Refined Interior with Japanese Design Influence
Inside, MICRA features a clean, practical interior layout with subtle references to Japanese design. A Mount Fuji outline is integrated into the centre console storage area as a discreet heritage detail.
The driver environment is centred around a 10.1‑inch configurable digital instrument display, paired with a 10.1‑inch central touchscreen for navigation, media and connectivity functions. Both screens are angled towards the driver to support clear visibility and straightforward operation, while maintaining a simple, uncluttered dashboard design.
Compact Size, Surprising Practicality
MICRA's compact exterior dimensions make it ideally suited to urban environments, a long wheelbase enhances agility, stability and interior space. Offered exclusively as a five‑door model, it delivers easy access for all passengers and a light, open cabin feel.
Practicality is supported by a boot capacity of 326 litres of boot space, expandable to 1,106 litres with the rear seats folded, allowing MICRA to accommodate a range of everyday needs.
Confident Electric Performance
MICRA is available with two battery options: a 40kWh battery offering up to 196 miles of range (WLTP), and a 52kWh battery delivering up to 257 miles of range (WLTP). Both are designed to provide responsive electric performance across a range of driving conditions.
MICRA delivers smooth, responsive electric performance designed to suit a wide range of driving needs. The low‑mounted battery supports stability and confident handling, while fast‑charging capability and thermal management contribute to everyday usability.
Vehicle‑to‑Load (V2L) functionality allows the battery to supply power to external devices when required. Multiple drive modes adjust throttle response, steering and regenerative braking, while Nissan's e‑Pedal system enables one‑pedal driving, particularly suited to urban environments.
Seamless Connectivity and Reassuring Safety
MICRA integrates NissanConnect with Google built‑in, with functionality depending on grade and included from the Advance grade, offering a connected digital experience that includes Google Maps, Google Assistant and access to a wide range of in‑car apps. Off‑board connectivity via the NissanConnect services app allows remote access to vehicle functions such as battery status, charging and cabin temperature.
A comprehensive suite of advanced safety systems – including ProPILOT Assist (from Advance grade), Autonomous Emergency Braking, Blind Spot Intervention and Rear Cross Traffic Alert - supports confidence in both urban and longer‑distance driving.
