SportsPro Media has named Jann Mardenborough as the fiftieth most marketable athlete in the world

 

 

GT Academy 2011 winner Jann Mardenborough has been announced as the fiftieth most marketable athlete in the world joining a list of superstars such as Messi, Bolt and Hamilton.

 

Jann who has progressed through the ranks of motorsport since his victory in 2011 NISMO PlayStation® GT Academy is predicted to be in the top 50 most marketable athletes in the world over the next three years. The list, formulated by SportsPro Media, takes in to consideration measurements such as value for money, age, home market, charisma, willingness to be marketed and crossover appeal.

 

Jann Mardenborough wins at Hockenheim

 

Jann will be competing alongside two other previous GT Academy winners, Lucas Ordoñez and Mark Shulzhitskiy, in the new Nissan GT-R LM NISMO LMP1 car at Le Mans 24 Hours on 13/14 June.
