Nissan confirms Primastar successor: the Nissan NV300

Nissan will expand its Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) range with the introduction of an all-new model. The Nissan NV300 is a new mid-sized van that will sit between the NV200 and NV400 as successor to the popular Primastar.

The all-new NV300 will go on sale later this year. It will further strengthen Nissan’s position as an LCV manufacturer with one of the widest ranges in Europe.

As well as offering enhanced efficiency and practicality to customers, the NV300 will be covered by Nissan’s market-leading five-year/160,000km LCV manufacturer warranty. For complete peace of mind, this warranty will extend to cover all Nissan genuine accessories.

The NV300 uses Nissan’s new global naming policy for its LCVs. Standing for Nissan Van, the NV badge will be used on all purpose-built vans. In future, all Nissan trucks will be badged NT.

Philippe Guérin-Boutaud, Corporate Vice President, Nissan LCV, said: “The new NV300 will be an important contributor to deliver Nissan’s ambitious plans to grow its LCV business in Europe”.
