London, UK – Stoneacre Nottingham has been named Nissan Dealer Ambassador of the Year FY25, recognising the dealership's commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience during its first year of operation.
Since opening in August 2025, the dealership has overcome the challenges of launching a new site, operating from temporary facilities and implementing new systems, while maintaining consistently strong customer satisfaction results through a focus on people, processes and teamwork.
The award recognises the efforts of the entire Stoneacre Nottingham team, including Service Manager Emily Lyne, Workshop Controller James Lock and Regional Aftersales Manager Scott Brough, who played key roles in maintaining the dealership's high standards following organisational changes during its early growth.
Adding to the achievement, all three leaders began their careers as apprentices within the Stoneacre business before progressing into senior roles.
Roy Hurst, Aftersales Operations Manager at Nissan Motor (GB) Ltd, said:
"Stoneacre Nottingham's achievement is a fantastic example of what can be accomplished through dedication, teamwork and a relentless focus on the customer.
"Launching a new dealership brings challenges, but the team consistently delivered outstanding service and embraced best practice from day one. This award is thoroughly deserved recognition for everyone involved and reflects the strength of the people behind the results."
Stoneacre Nottingham was selected from Nissan's top-performing Dealer Ambassadors across the UK retailer network, recognising its exceptional contribution to customer experience and aftersales excellence.

About Nissan in the UK
Designed. Built. Loved. By Britain: Nissan employs around 7,000 people across the UK, including at its design centre in Paddington, London, and its R&D engineering centre in Cranfield, while Sunderland is home to the UK's biggest single car plant, which builds two of the nation's best-selling cars – the Juke and Qashqai.
These models were recently joined by the All-New 100% electric MICRA, designed by the team in Paddington, as well as the European version of the new LEAF, which is now in production in Sunderland alongside the Qashqai and Juke as part of Nissan's EV36Zero project.
EV36Zero is Nissan's vision for the future of sustainable manufacturing: a blueprint that will transform Sunderland Plant into a flagship EV hub, bringing together electric vehicles, renewable energy and battery production. This is part of Nissan's goal to become a truly sustainable company and usher in a cleaner, safer and more inclusive world.
